Our Services
Our inspections are performed with great care and attention to detail.
Buyers Inspections
Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make. Before you buy, you should have a home inspection to avoid potentially costly repairs that would otherwise go undetected until they become even more costly. This is our typical home inspection that catches common defects so you understand the investment you’re making.
Pre-Listing Inspections
Some homeowners want to make repairs to their house before they put it on the market and will make repairs using their inspection report as a baseline reference. Please understand that most buyers will still want to perform their own inspection even if the seller has already had an inspection done.
11 Month Inspections
An 11 month inspection is conducted approximately 11 months after a new home has been built. The purpose of the inspection is to identify any issues or defects in the home that are covered under the builder’s warranty or guarantee.
Re-Inspections
A re-inspection is an inspection that is performed after a prior inspection has taken place. The purpose of a re-inspection is to evaluate whether issues identified during the initial inspection have been addressed and resolved.
Pre-Drywall Inspections
A pre-drywall inspection is a type of home inspection that takes place before the installation of drywall in new construction or during major renovations. We will evaluate the structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems before they are covered by drywall.

Radon Testing
Radon is colorless and odorless, and it is extremely carcinogenic. According to the EPA, radon is one of the leading contributors to the development of lung cancer, behind only smoking. For this reason, regular radon testing is key whether you’re a homeowner, or you’re interested in purchasing a home.
Well Water Analysis
A well water analysis is a laboratory test that examines the quality of water from a well. The analysis measures the levels of various substances, such as minerals, bacteria, and chemicals, that can affect the safety and suitability of the water for human consumption.
